Order processing time
Once the order and payment are correctly received, if an advance payment method is selected, the order is produced in approximately 8/10 working days by FLC Lab.
Order shipping time
As soon as the production is finished, FLC Lab will arrange the shipment of the product by relying on a professional shipping company that will automatically send the tracking link to the customer so that the package can be tracked at any time. Product shipment is free of charge in Italy with delivery in 24/48 working hours, while shipment abroad costs €15 and delivery can take up to 3/4 working days, but this may vary depending on the destination. Furthermore, the products are covered by insurance.
Shipping and delivery methods
Deliveries are made by SDA, UPS and TNT couriers from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
During peak periods, such as during particular holidays or the Christmas period, order deliveries may be slowed down. We also inform you that during Christmas, sales or promotions periods, tailoring may be delayed.
FLC Lab will make every effort to comply with the times indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure events beyond FLC Lab’s control (e.g. calamity or adverse natural events such as heavy snowfall, landslides, floods, national transport strikes and/or agitations by customs authorities, interruption of communication routes, war, acts of terrorism and sabotage, riots and civil unrest, trade embargoes, fire, gas leaks, obstructive measures by government or tax or customs authorities, suspension in the supply of raw materials, equipment, electricity, motive power, fuel, regional or national work services). In the event of the occurrence of a force majeure event, the obligations of the Parties that cannot be fulfilled due to such cause shall be deemed automatically suspended, without penalty, for the duration of the force majeure event.
