Di seguito troverete alcune delle indicazioni principali
Se avete gia un modello di jeans a vita medio alta e NON ELASTICIZZATO, potete prendere la misurazione della circonferenza totale o la misura da lato a lato ( come foto ) del vostro jeans abbottonato non indossato e confrontare la misura con la tabella in fondo .
Se non avete nell’armadio un jeans a vita medio alta prendete la misurazione della vostra circonferenza totale della vita appena 1 cm sotto l’ombelico ( non sui fianchi mi raccomando) e confrontatela con la tabella in fondo.

Below you will find some of the main indications
If you already have a mid-rise, NON-ELASTICIZED model of jeans, you can take the measurement of the total circumference or the measurement from side to side (as photo) of your unworn buttoned jeans and compare the measurement with the chart at the bottom.
If you don’t have a medium-high waisted jeans in your closet, take the measurement of your total waist circumference just 1 cm below the navel (not on the hips I recommend) and compare it with the table at the bottom.
ATTENTION THEY HAVE VERY SMALL FIT IF YOU ARE UNDECISIVE ALWAYS TAKE THAT MORE.
