Introduction
These terms and sale conditions regulate the contract between the company FLC Lab di Francesca Lo Cicero with registered office in via dei Bruzi 26, 04100 Latina (LT) with VAT number 02896990591 (hereinafter ‘FLC Lab’) and the customer (‘Customer’) for the purchase of FLC Lab products (‘Products’) formalised on the flclab.com website (hereinafter the ‘website’).
Purchase procedure
To place an order on the FLC Lab website, you can follow the following procedure:
- Select the desired products and add them to Cart;
- Go to Checkout;
- Enter billing, shipping and payment details;
- Select the payment method and proceed with the purchase. By clicking on the button, the Customer fully accepts all the Terms of Sale published on the Website at the time the order is placed. At this time, you are advised to re-check your cart to ensure that it includes all the Products you wish to purchase. Once payment has been confirmed, you will not be able to change your order.
- Make the payment. If payment is authorised, the Customer receives a confirmation of receipt of the order to the email address used to create the account on the Website. This constitutes FLC Lab’s acceptance of the Customer’s order and assumes the formalisation of a binding contract between the Customer and FLC Lab. FLC Lab reserves the right to amend and update these Terms of Sale at any time and without prior notice. Such changes and updates will be published and always available to the Customer on the Website. Once the Customer has received confirmation of receipt of his order from FLC Lab, the Terms of Sale applicable to that order cannot be changed in any case.
Product availability
The products offered on our website are custom-made, so all clothing items are created only after order confirmation. We do not have any pre-packaged stock. In the event of temporary unavailability of certain materials or components necessary for customisation, we undertake to inform the customer promptly after order confirmation, indicating any alternatives or updated waiting times.
Prices and currency
The prices and offers published on the Website are expressed in Euro and include VAT but not shipping costs which are added to the total amount, where applicable.
Terms of payment
Payment for the goods shall be made in full by credit card, PayPal, Klarna and cash on delivery. In the case of payment in advance, the order shall be accepted and processed as soon as payment is received in favour of FLC Lab. We also reserve the right not to accept any order in the absence of regular and effective payment, proceeding to the cancellation of the order, notifying the Customer. Production and delivery times will be calculated from the date of receipt of payment.

Order Confirmation
The contract between FLC Lab and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Website. For all orders placed, an order summary email, valid as an order confirmation, will automatically be sent to the email address used to create an account on the Website.
The user is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the order. All orders must be complete in every part and must contain all data necessary to be processed correctly. In the event of problems arising from the customer’s shortcomings (wrong addresses, wrongly purchased products), the Website will not be responsible.
Delivery methods and times
FLC Lab has selected professional transport companies able to guarantee delivery within the terms indicated on the Website.
Product shipment is free in Italy and takes place within 24/48 hours from the courier’s collection, following correct receipt of payment. Delivery abroad has a cost of € 15 and takes place in 3/4 working days.

FLC Lab will do everything possible to respect the times indicated, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure events beyond FLC Lab’s control. Upon the occurrence of an event of force majeure (explained in more detail in the above article), such as any delays by couriers during the month of December, the obligations of the Parties that cannot be fulfilled due to such a cause shall be considered automatically suspended, without penalty, for the duration of the state of Force Majeure.
We also inform you that during the Christmas period, sales or promotions, tailoring work may be delayed.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can avail yourself of the ‘right of withdrawal’ and request the return of one or more items purchased within 30 days by filling in the relevant form. We specify that only customised products that do not require further customisation can be returned according to the procedures explained in the dedicated article.
Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, in the case of a customised product without further customisation, you can request a refund by filling in the appropriate form. After receiving the items, we will check the condition of the product.
In the event that the return conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged (without prior notice to us of this condition), we reserve the right not to accept the return.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
The contract of sale between the Customer and the Website is concluded in Italy and governed by Italian law. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this distance sales contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference court of the user’s domicile; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the reference court of FLC Lab’s registered office.
