Prices and currency
Prices and offers published on the website are expressed in Euros. They always include VAT but not shipping costs, where applicable, which are added to the total amount due at the time the order is formalised.
- Italy: for orders that are invoiced and shipped in Italy, the VAT applied to the product amounts to 22% and is always included in the price.
Payment methods
Payment for the goods, in full, must be made when placing the order, by selecting one of the various payment methods available on the website. The order will accepted and then processed as soon as payment is received and registered in favour of FLC Lab. FLC Lab retains the right to refuse any order in lacking regular and effective payment; in this case the order will be automatically cancelled, notifying the Customer. Delivery times will be calculated from the date of receipt of payment.
During the purchase process you will have the chance to choose from these payment methods:
Credit or debit card: we accept payments from all Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit or debit cards. When placing your order, simply enter a valid card number, verification number, expiry date and cardholder’s name in the fields provided.
Paypal: If you have a Paypal account, the transaction will take place via your registered account. If not, simply open a Paypal account, free of charge, to securely link your bank account and cards and proceed to pay for online purchases using your email address and password. If you need more information, you can refer to the official Paypal guide. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay using your credit or debit card via Paypal.
Klarna: pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna. If you have an account, you can log in during checkout with your registered mobile phone number or email. Otherwise, you can create one directly during the checkout process. To create one, simply select Klarna at checkout and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The first instalment will be charged to your card after you place your order; subsequent instalments will be charged automatically to your card every 30 days until the full amount is paid. Bank transfer: You can make a bank transfer soon after placing your order to the bank details you will receive in the order confirmation. The note on the bank transfer should state: order number, first name and last name of the order holder. Shipping times will be calculated from the date of receipt of the transfer to the FLC Lab account, and not from the date of order creation.
Cash on delivery: at an additional cost of €7, you can choose to pay for your order in cash on delivery.
