If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can make use of the ‘right of withdrawal’. You can request the return of one or more purchased items within 14 days of receiving the product – from the date of delivery and not the date of the order – by filling out the form at the bottom of the page. The return policy does not apply to products customised by the customer, which therefore cannot be returned.

In which cases can a return be accepted?

It is only possible to return products if their original packaging is unaltered. More specifically, we kindly ask you to comply with the following conditions in order for the return to be accepted:

  • Original packaging: items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Label attached to the item: the label that comes with each item must be intact and cannot be removed. This guarantees that the product has not been used or worn after purchase.
  • Overall conditions of the item: returned items must show no signs of wear or use.

Any product returned that does not comply with the above will not be refunded. Products must be returned in their original outer packaging if possible.

In which cases can I proceed with the return of the item?

Below we list the cases for which it will be possible to return a product.

  • Damaged product: if the product sent is damaged, you may exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the item, filling in the appropriate form and attaching the pictures of the damaged product.
  • Wrong product (size and/or colour): if the product sent is wrong in terms of size or colour, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the article, filling in the appropriate form and attaching the pictures of the wrong product. In this case you may decide to make an exchange or request a full refund.
  • Defective product: if the product sent is defective, you may exercise your right of withdrawal by returning the article, filling in the appropriate form and attaching the pictures of the product considered defective and explaining the defect.
  • Other: should you decide to return the product for any other reason, you may fill in the appropriate form briefly explaining, if possible, the reason.

Goods return shipment management

The arrangement and costs of the return shipment are the responsibility of the Customer, who must manage the procedure himself, once the return has been agreed with FLC Lab. If the return is successful, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid at the time of purchase. Alternatively, if the customer wishes, a discount voucher in the amount equal to the value of the order may be issued, which can be used on the FLC Lab website.

After receiving the items, we will check the condition of the product. In the event that the return conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged (without prior notice to us of this condition), we reserve the right not to accept the return.

*If the FLC Lab address provided by the Customer to the courier is incorrect or incomplete, FLC Lab shall not be held liable for any additional costs to reschedule a new delivery by the courier.

Incorrect or damaged product sent

Even if the products received are faulty or damaged, you can avail yourself of the ‘right of withdrawal’ and request the return of one or more items within 14 days by filling in the form at the bottom of the page. The products must be returned in their original outer packaging if possible. In this case, shipping costs will be covered by FLC Lab.

After receiving the items, we will check the condition of the product and if the check is positive, we will refund the amount paid by the buyer.

In the event that the return conditions are not met or the returned products are found to be damaged (without prior notice to us of this condition), we retain the right not to accept the return.

If the address provided by the customer contains incorrect or incomplete data and this results in additional costs for rescheduling a new delivery by the courier, these costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
