The refund consists in returning the total amount paid at the time of the order after returning the purchased item. Refunds can be obtained by returning the products in the same condition in which they were received, in their original undamaged packaging and, if possible, they should also be shipped using the original outer packaging.

How is the order amount refunded?
When the return is made, you will receive a refund for the entire order directly to the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
